Terms of Participation

The competition is organised by Larissa Sakvina (ID No. 23306696), based in Prague 4, reachable at vocalaristudio@gmail.com or +420 777 192 752.

The competition runs 18–21 February 2027 in Prague, with registration closing on 27 November 2026.

The organiser reserves the right to change the dates, the venue, the programme and the invited guests or star performers where circumstances require. Participants will be informed of any material change in good time, and such changes are not grounds for a refund of the participation fee unless the competition itself is cancelled.

Soloists and duets in the age brackets 6–9, 10–15, 16–20 and 21+ across all genres may take part. For participants under 18, the application is submitted by a legal guardian, or by the participant with the guardian’s demonstrable consent.

The competition is held in solo and duet formats. Registration is required to take part; the participation fee and payment details are confirmed with the terms once you apply, and payment is completed only through the registration process. Payments are processed through Stripe, and the organiser does not access card details. The participation fee is refunded in full if the competition is cancelled, but becomes non-refundable after confirmation if the participant withdraws.

Participants must provide their own backing tracks and hold the rights to all material they perform. Photography and video recording take place for promotional purposes, and participation implies consent - though individuals may withdraw this consent by email.
