02What data we collect
Through the application form: first and last name, email, phone (optional), age (optional), city, genre, message text, and any files you choose to attach (photo, video) - only the data you provide yourself.
03Purposes of processing
Processing competition applications, communicating with participants about the terms and organisation, and answering questions. We do not use the data for any other purpose without your consent.
04Legal basis
Your consent and the organiser’s legitimate interest in running and delivering the competition (Article 6 GDPR).
05Sharing and retention
We do not pass data to third parties except processors necessary for holding the competition and cases required by law. Processors may include: the database and storage provider Supabase (EU hosting), the payment provider Stripe (card data is handled solely by Stripe - we have no access to it), and the hosting platform Vercel. We keep the data for the duration of the preparation and running of the competition and for no longer than 12 months after it ends, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting records).
06Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Write to us at vocalaristudio@gmail.com.
07Minor participants
For participants under 18, the application is submitted by a legal guardian, or by the participant with the guardian’s demonstrable consent (confirmed in the form). We process minors’ personal data only to the extent necessary for participation in the competition. The legal guardian may exercise the rights in section 6 at any time, including withdrawing consent and erasing data.
